We recommend the following procedure:

1. Check the support resources on our product pages for your product. You will find your product page using the menu to the left. In the Support tab on the respective product page you will find links to the best resources available for your product. You will probably find a solution for your problem just by using these resources.
2. Contact us using the contact form or send an email to: support@alfasoft.se. Describe your problem as detailed as possible, and remember to write down your license number, product version, and what operating platform you are using (Windows XP, Vista, Mac, etc.). If you are using a reference software please also write down the version of your Word processor (Word 2003, 2007, etc.).
